Three days ago an error accured on a test system with IBM Lotus Quickr 8.2 for Domino (running on Domino 8.5.1) that led to disappearing functions of Quickr-Pages. For example, the content-field of the included wiki was missing. The expected RichText-editor simply did not show up - neither in Mozilla Firefox, nor in Internet Explorer. the Opera browser just loaded the Java applet.

The Kaspersky Security-Suite on the coworkers workstations was exposed as the cause of this error. Without any notification it blocked the needed JavaScript files and therefore prevented the display of the RichText-Editor

.

Since the error did not occur since three days ago, we assume that a Kaspersky update is repsonsible for making the Security Suite not trusting in the Quickr JavaScript files anymore. The option Anti-Banner in the content filter is the root of this problem.
To resolve this issue, you have to add the Lotus Quickr-server to the whitelist and empty your browser cache.
