Synchronize contacts with LotusLive

This time I want to talk about synchronizing contacts with LotusLive. There is another plugin doing that. Here it comes in handy that Lotus Notes is based on Eclipse so that we can install plugins from so called update sites.
From the Notes menu choose File -> Application -> Install...
Choose "Search for new features to install"
There are different types of update sites. We need a "Remote Location":
Enter the following URL: https://apps.lotuslive.com/install/lotuslive_notes_plugin/site.xml ,click OK and Finish. You will be asked which features to install. Choose all of them without mercy ;):
Next. Accept the license and then start the installation. The Plugin is downloaded and installed. You will be prompted to restart Notes.
After you have done that, you will find a new option in Tools - called "Synchronize contacts with LotusLive".
Trauen Sie sich ;) : Sie werden nach Ihren Nutzerdaten gefragt und danach wird die Synchronisation gestartet. Sie bekommen nach Abschluss eine Art Report, der Ihnen mitteilt, wie viele Änderungen gemacht wurden. Sehen Sie nach - Sie werden alle Kontakte aus dem persönlichen Adressbuch in LotusLive finden.
Bedauerlicherweise ist dieser "Abgleich" einseitig. Änderungen im LotusLive werden nicht lokal übernommen, aber das wiegt nicht allzu schwer, denke ich.
