New and cheaper: IBM LotusLive for Enterprises

IBM announced today two new offerings for IBM LotusLive:
IBM LotusLive offers new service plans for enterprise deployment and IBM Lotus customers

New in IBM LotusLive Engage for Enterprise Deployment 1.0 (as opposed to IBM LotusLive Engage) are the new "internal" licences for a much lower price. The existing offering were created for the hosts of online meetings and 14/24/999 guests. I missed licences for the "normal" employee for internal and full usage of the "Conntections part" of IBM LotusLive Engabe. Here you are!
The second part of the announcement concerns a kind of discount for companies using other Lotus software and being under an active software and support contract (aka maintenance). For example, companies using Lotus Notes and Domino or Lotus Quickr can start LotusLive Connections or LotusLive Meetings (the former Lotus Sametime Unyte) immedialty. And because this service offering is "in the Cloud" (or Software as a Service (SaaS), like we were used to say in the past, i.e. some months ago
), you don't need another server, operating
system licence, client roll-outs or the like.

Overview
IBM LotusLive for Engage Enterprise Deployment 1.0 is an intuitive set of business services integrated with social networking capabilities and online meetings, which enable users to collaborate and work with others outside or inside the firewall. LotusLive Engage provides an on-demand meeting room, file sharing, Instant Messaging, social networking features to find business contacts, activities, and surveys and live charts for presenting data to multiple audiences.
New pricing options let you add employees to your environment at significantly discounted costs. To qualify for the discounts, any employees participating in the LotusLive Engage services must have a paid subscription, and cannot participate as a guest. Additional discounts are offered for enterprises that meet the above criteria and have current Lotus software maintenance agreements in place.
